Employee engagement is crucial. Our people understand where we're going and why. From the generations of CN employees who have helped build our great legacy, to the first-generation railroaders who join our ranks each year - we all make up the fabric of a diverse and evolving workforce.

At CN, we've built a community of railroaders and a culture that challenges every employee, in every role, to bring out their best.

We are all Proud Railroaders. See what our employees have to say about working at CN here: http://jobs.cn.ca/ProudRailroaders.

To continue to recruit and hire the best railroaders, we have developed partnerships and affiliations with hundreds of employment centres, schools, training facilities and other diversity groups across our North American network, including Calgary's Youth Employment Centre!

To support youth and education, we also offer diversity scholarships of $3,000 each. Applications must be submitted by December 31, 2014. Details can be found on our jobs website, here: http://jobs.cn.ca/en/CanadianScholarships/index.sn#.VE5x8SLF_1o.
