We have 2 locations nationally. The location at 572 Aero Drive NE, Unit #165 has openings.

Nationally ~1,000+. Locally ~100+.

Full-time permanent.

i) Describe your hiring and interview process?
After their resume is screened, they get a call from recruitment. They are phone-screened and invited for interview. After 1st interview, the decision is made.



j) What do you look for in an employee?
They should be driven, hard-worker and agile to changes. They should be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment,(0-4 degrees) and must enjoy portioning and packaging.



k) What type of education/training/equipment do you require?
We do provide in-house training.



l) What is the minimum age required to work for your company? Are there different age requirements for different positions?
They must be older than 18 years.



m) Provide a wage range for entry level positions.
$15 to $18/hour.



n) What are the hours of the business and general shift times? Are there a minimum number of hours someone needs to work per week? Is there flexibility regarding school schedules?
Most positions are full time. The schedules are fixed and not very flexible.



o) Is a uniform provided or do employees have to pay for it?
The lab coats, gloves, hairnets etc. are provided.
