What is your hiring process?
Candidate is brought in for an interview. At this time they also complete a personality analysis. Once the manager narrows it down to the final candidates, we do two reference checks. They can be teachers, volunteer coordinators, or employers.
How can one apply?
Bring a résumé to the location of their choice. Fill out an application form and give to the store manager.
What do you look for in employees?
Attitude is the most important thing. We look for people with positive attitudes and who are willing to go the extra mile to help our customers.
What type of education/training/equipment do you require?
We do not require education or other equipment training. First Aid training would be considered an asset.

As per Alberta Employment Standards.
How much will employees get paid?
It would depend on the employees' experience. General Paint offers competitive wages. Employees can also participate in the employee referral program where they receive money for any friends that they refer and are hired.
