"IBU” means mother in Indonesian. Our restaurant is a tribute to IBU Joan and IBU Jeanne. Our mothers, our first inspirations and the reason we became chefs. Soon after arriving in Bali, where our family lived for nearly 30-years, Joan became affectionately known as IBU Joan by the local community; a name that spoke to her warmth, generosity and joyful spirit. Jeanne, visiting from Canada, was lovingly called IBU Jeanne in the same way.

Server $15.00 per hour. Cooks $17.00 per hour

11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Closed on Monday. Shifts are 3-8 hours a day, 2-5 days a week. School flexible.
