How many locations do you have in Calgary and across Canada/internationally? What locations are hiring locally in Calgary and area?

We have over 250 locations across the company! In Calgary, we have 23 sites, including bike and trail locations. All areas in Calgary are hiring!



How many people work for your company/organization? How many locally?

We have over 2500 seasonal staff across our organization! Locally, we have about 300 staff.

What types of positions do you offer? (Ie. Full time, part time, seasonal, contract etc)

We offer seasonal work for individuals aged 16 and up.

Describe your hiring and interview process?

The process is very straightforward. You can apply to open positions online through our website, and if you are a successful applicant, our recruitment team will reach out to invite you to a group information session/interview. Following this, you will be required to submit 3 videos, detailing some of your past experience and showcasing your teaching talent. Contracts are then sent to successful applicants!

What do you look for in an employee?

No education required, but having past experience working with kids/being involved in sports and activities is a good bonus. The equipment required for the job is a working bike and helmet. Successful applicants will be trained before the summer starts!

What is the minimum age required to work for your company? Are there different age requirements for different positions?

16 years old to be an instructor, 18 years old to be a supervisor or a manager.

15.00/hour for an entry level instructor position.

What are the hours of the business and general shift times? Are there a minimum number of hours someone needs to work per week? Is there flexibility regarding school schedules?

Hours are based on registration. Camps run Monday-Friday from mid-June until end of August, but specific weeks will depend on the location. Camps run 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, and there is no evening or weekend work in the summer. There are no minimum shifts/hours required to work, but we do ask that all of our employees be free to work the first two weeks of July, as these are our busiest weeks of the season.

Is a uniform provided or do employees have to pay for it?
Yes, uniforms are provided! We give all of our employees company shirts for work.
