    How long have you been in business?

•          Since 1991

 How many locations do you have in Calgary and nationally/internationally? What locations are hiring locally in Calgary and area?

•          Two locations in Calgary and one location in Red Deer
•          New location opening near the Calgary Airport this year 

How many people does your organization employ? How many locally?

•         430 employees in all three casinos

 What type of positions do you offer?  (ex. Full time, part time, seasonal, contract etc.)

•          Part time, full time, casual and contract

Describe your hiring and interview process?

•  Candidates who apply online will be pre-screened and then invited for an in-person interview. After the completion of a reference and background check a final offer is made. 

 What do you look for in an employee?

•      Good team player, outgoing and flexible, adaptable and excellent customer service skills

 What type of education/training/equipment do you require?

•     It varies depending on the position. Please check the job description education and training requirements before applying. 

What is the minimum age required to work for your company? Are there different age requirements for different positions?

• Applicants must be 18 years of age 

 Provide a wage range for entry level positions.

•         Starting wage is $15.00/hour 

What are the hours of the business and general shift times? Are there a minimum number of hours someone needs to work per week? Is there flexibility regarding school schedules? 

• The casino is open 24 hours and employees can work various shifts as it fits with their schedule. The casino also supports student's schedules and is flexible to work around a school schedule. 

 Is a uniform provided or do employees have to pay for it?
