Describe your hiring and interview process?
We conduct a prescreen call, then interview. We do second
interviews as needed.
What do you look for in an employee?
This varies for each role, but the three most important qualities
we find almost every role requires is amazing customer service, any automotive
experience, and technical/software skills (relevant to the role)
What type of education/training/equipment do you require?
For many of our roles we require a high school diploma,
College or University Diploma and Degrees and Certifications.
What is the minimum age required to work for your
company? Are there different age requirements for different positions?
18 years and up.
Provide a wage range for entry level positions.
$55k/yr. - $65k/yr.
What are the hours of the business and general shift
times? Are there a minimum number of hours someone needs to work per week? Is
there flexibility regarding school schedules?
Our shifts are typically Monday to Friday, 40-hour work
week, and there is travel for many roles. We have a call center, which requires
weekend shifts.
Is a uniform provided or do employees have to pay for it?
For some roles we provide uniforms.
