ATB Financial Client Care

How long have you been in business?

At ATB Financial, we put people first. We got started in 1938 to help Albertans through tough economic times. In that time, we've grown and changed from one small Treasury Branch to become the largest Alberta-based financial institution, with assets of $58.3 billion. Along the way, we’ve transformed people’s understanding of what banking can–and should–make possible. And we’re just getting started.

How many locations do you have in Calgary and nationally/internationally? What locations are hiring locally in Calgary and area?

We are a crown corporation, owned and regulated by the Province of Alberta. This means our positions are all within the confines of the province of Alberta. We have over 300 locations in over 245 Alberta communities. Client Care is our call centre, located in Calgary, AB. We hire between 50-120 team members per year in our call centre alone. We operate off of a hybrid work model, therefore team members for the call centre are generally hired in Calgary and area.

How many people does your organization employ? How many locally?

Today, ATB’s more than 5,000 team members love to deliver exceptional experiences to more than 800,000 clients through our many branches and agencies, our 24-hour Client Care Centre, four entrepreneur centres, and our digital banking options. Everything we do is focused on how we can serve Albertans—from providing expert advice and supporting entrepreneurs to helping Albertans buy a home and grow their wealth.

What type of positions do you offer? (ex. Full time, part time, seasonal, contract etc.)

A minimum of 14.50 hours per week is required for part time, up to 36.25 hours. Your shifts will be scheduled based on business need and there are no accommodations available.

● This position requires FULL-TIME training for the first 9 weeks, even for part-timers.
