ATCO Structures is a Canadian company with roots in Calgary. Many of you are familiar with their iconic mobile modular buildings  found throughout the world. These structures are often used as staff accommodations in remote locations, but they can be found in many other locations. Their manufacturing facility is based right here in Calgary.

We are looking to hire 25 Construction Workers/ General labourers.

Full time Construction Workers/ General laborers with background in construction

Describe your hiring and interview process? 

Phone interview followed by in person interview, once offered they will asked to participate in drug & alcohol testing which includes cannabis and also background check process.

Attitude willing to learn and grow within the company. 

What type of education/training/equipment do you require? 

Basic carpentry skills and understanding of use of hand and power tools. 

What is the minimum age required to work for your company? Are there different age requirements for different positions? 

18 years or older. 

Provide a wage range for entry level positions. 

$22.46 for first 60 days and $26.69 after 60 days of completion 

What are the hours of the business and general shift times? Are there a minimum number of hours someone needs to work per week? Is there flexibility regarding school schedules? 

Mon – Fri, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm and includes a 30 mins lunch break and two 10-minute coffee breaks. 

Is a uniform provided or do employees have to pay for it?
