Budget Car and Truck Rental Inc. is the owner and franchiser of one of the world's best-known car rental brands. Budget has approximately 1,900 car rental locations in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand and parts of the Pacific region. The Calgary based franchise operation boasts 15 locations throughout Calgary, Red Deer, Banff and Canmore.

What do you look for in employees?
We look for employees who are results driven, have a positive attitude, are strong and effective communicators who thrive in a fast paced work environment and want to learn customer service based sales.
What type of education/training/equipment do you require?
We require a valid class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract and must have graduated Grade 12. We provide ongoing training so there are no requirements of a post secondary education although it would be considered an asset.
How old does someone have to be to work for your company?
We require the person to be 18 years of age.
How much will employees get paid?
We offer industry competitive wages, paid vacation and a benefits package. Customer Service and Sales positions are an hourly rate plus a monthly bonus. Service Agents and Shuttle Driver are hourly. All positions vary.
