Weekly grass cutting/trimming with the gas lawn mower, lawn tractor, and weed whacker. Number of hours required will depend upon the season (if it rains and is warm, the grass can really grow!) Typically 4-8 hrs/week. More hours available if you have a passion for painting, fence repair, or like to fix things!
Some weeding of a few flower bed/pots at the entrance; potentially watering also.
Hours: there is some flexibility here, but the primary concern is to keep things safe (no flying objects like rocks etc) for our animals and guests. Most of the grass trimming is in the same areas used by our guests.
