What is your hiring process?

Once an application is received all qualified candidates are contacted for a pre-screen interview. From the pre-screen interview the number of successful candidates is narrowed down and these individuals are contacted for a face-to-face interview. After the interview process is complete the candidate is then invited back to participate in an interactive activity interview session, evaluating enthused selling, customer service and making a meal. If the candidate is selected, references are completed and an offer is made to the successful candidate.
