What is your hiring process?
All job vacancies can be found on our career website (www.sobeyscareers.com) and on multiple job boards on the internet. Once an application is received all qualified candidates are contacted for a pre-screen interview. From the pre-screen interview the number of successful candidates is narrowed down and these individuals are contacted for a face-to-face interview. After the interview process is complete the candidate is then invited back to participate in an interactive activity interview session, evaluating enthused selling, customer service and making a meal. If the candidate is selected, references are completed and an offer is made to the successful candidate.
