Fairly easy and straightforward. After application is received, successful applicants will be called for a short 5-10 minute phone interview, then out of the those successful calls individuals are invited in for an in person interview to better explain the role and ask more technical based questions. If hired, there is online safety training that must be completed, and a full day orientation (safety is especially important for us).

ULS is looking for reliable, punctual individuals who have a good attitude and are ok with working outside in all weather for long hours.
