We employ seven people in Office/Management/Admin positions and two hundred people in the casual labour force in Calgary.

Describe your hiring and interview process?
Once an application/resume submission is received, it is reviewed, and potential candidates are invited to an in-person interview (solo or up to a group of 4), which is conducted by a member of the supervisor team. Guidance is provided on necessary licensing/training requirements.
Candidates who meet all requirements receive In-house training after which a profile is created in our online scheduling system. Once that's done, new employees are ready to work!
What do you look for in an employee?
Personable, reliable and consistent. Customer service background/experience is an asset.
What type of education/training/equipment do you require?
Provincially mandated training is required for a security license (Alberta Basic Security Training), a ProServe certificate is also required.
What is the minimum age required to work for your company? Are there different age requirements for different positions?
The minimum age requirement for all positions is eighteen (18) years of age.
Provide a wage range for entry level positions.
$16.00 per hour is the starting salary for entry level positions.
What are the hours of the business and general shift times? Are there a minimum number of hours someone needs to work per week? Is there flexibility regarding school schedules?
It varies, depending on event/venue. Typically security shifts run evenings and weekends, between 5/6pm and 11:30pm.
Is a uniform provided or do employees have to pay for it?
There is a small cost for the uniform shirt ($30 paid to the company). Some additional costs are associated with required equipment (small flashlight, notepad, shoes, etc.) - Costs vary.
