f) Describe opportunities for advancement.
A potential candidate will get a personal trainer and mentor, to guide the candidate into the licensing and will provide training of industry providers.
Once the candidate is licensed, the candidate get a plan for success and with his/ her trainers help, guided to get to Sr. Financial Advisor. Once at that point, the candidate also gets trained to become a trainer ( if he or she wishes to do so). The successful candidate can then also be trained to become a brokerage on his/ her own, and can grow his/ her business as much as he/ she wants to. No limitation. The successful candidate can also move to other places and not lose his/ her clients.

i) Describe your hiring and interview process?
Once resume received,  EVERYONE will get a phone interview: we looks for people with good people skills. Upon successful phone interview, the candidate gets invited for a personal interview and in dept information session about the career opportunity. We look what skills the candidate has to guarantee success. Once the candidate and us are agreeing to work together, the training process gets started.

k) What type of education/training/equipment do you require?
Due to provincial requirement, candidate will need to get his/ her license to work in the industry. Candidate needs a laptop and car ( to go to trainings/ appointments,…)

Are there different age requirements for different positions? Min age 18 years old ( by provincial law)

$700- 7700/ month

Flexible schedule: training is also provider by webinar/ in person/ in office. Min of 10 hours is needed to be successful in training and job.
